Save and Raise

Save and Raise - New Fundraising Initiative For Halifax RUFC

Dear Member

Halifax RUFC has recently joined a new fundraising scheme and we are hoping that everyone who shares our interest in the future of the club will participate. The scheme is administered by the Utility Warehouse Discount Club, which is part of Telecom plus, a major UK company listed on the London Stock Exchange.

The Utility Warehouse provides residential and business customers throughout the UK with everyday utilities such as telephone, internet, electricity and gas.

How You Save
They guarantee their services will always be competitively priced against other suppliers, and most customers who switch make substantial single monthly savings compared to their current suppliers. They also produce a convenient single monthly bill for all your utilities with just one direct debit payment from your bank account. You receive the same gas, electric and phone services through the same pipes and wires.

How We Raise
When you join the Utility Warehouse, they will then donate up to 5% of your monthly bill to Halifax RUFC, for as long as you remain a customer. I’m sure you can appreciate what a significant and reliable source of income this will be, especially if every member, supporter and player of Halifax RUFC takes part.

Joining Utility Warehouse is straightforward. You can call them, for free, on 0800 1313 000 and they will talk you through the process. Please quote our appeal number B42557 to make sure your donations come to Halifax RUFC. The transfer process is simple - it all takes place over the telephone.

Please join the scheme. It will make a tremendous difference to Halifax RUFC as well as saving you money.

If you wish to chat through the benefits of joining prior to contacting the information line, please contact our local co-ordinator John Greenwood on 07920 001064.

Yours sincerely

G P Smith
Chairman
