In order for your child to participate in rugby at Halifax RUFC, your child must register with the Club. Please print and complete the Club Registration document. Once completed please pass the document to your team manager or coach:

All children participating in competitive games must be registered with the RFU. Please print and complete the RFU registration document. Once completed please pass to your team manager or coach. Please note that 2 passport photographs will be required:
